Terms and Conditions

• Teacher accounts are created and managed by a Qyubie administrator. Student access is set up by the student's teacher or school.
• Keep your password or PIN confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, and you should tell your administrator or teacher right away if you think someone else has used it.
• The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

You agree not to:

• cheat or help others cheat on an assessment, share exam content without the teacher's permission, or take an assessment on someone else's behalf;
• access accounts, classes, or data you are not authorized to access;
• upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights;
• disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the service; or
• use the service in violation of any law or school policy.

During an exam, Qyubie records events such as switching away from the exam tab or leaving full-screen mode, and may enforce a time limit. These records are shared with the teacher for review.

• Teachers and schools are responsible for the student information they enter, and for having the authority (and, where needed, consent from students or their parents or guardians) to process it in Qyubie, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
• Teachers are responsible for reviewing grades before releasing them to students, including scores checked automatically or with AI assistance.

You keep ownership of the materials, questions, and other content you upload or create. You give Qyubie permission to store, process, and display that content only as needed to provide the service to you and the people you share it with. Make sure you have the right to share anything you upload, including files and video links.

Videos linked from YouTube are provided by YouTube and are subject to YouTube's own terms and privacy policy.

Qyubie can use AI to help generate questions and review answers. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is a suggestion only — teachers should check it before using it in an assessment or a grade.

Some features require an active license or paid plan. The price, duration, and features of each plan are those shown when you obtain it. When a license expires, access to licensed features may be limited until it is renewed; your existing data is not deleted just because a license expires.

We work to keep Qyubie available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access.

We or your administrator may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or is required to be closed by law. You may stop using Qyubie at any time; ask your administrator or contact us to close an account.

Qyubie is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under Philippine law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continuing to use Qyubie after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
