Live monitoring
Watch a camera-monitored exam as it happens, talk to students, and post announcements.
- 1Turn on camera monitoring and live monitoring in the exam's security settings.
- 2While the exam is running, open the exam and choose Monitor.
- 3Each student shows as a tile with a recent snapshot and any violations.
- 4Open a student to watch them live. Pick a video quality that suits your connection.
- 5Turn on Live grid to see every tile on the page live at low resolution.
- 6Post an announcement to send a message to everyone taking the exam.
Tip: Students can turn on their microphone to ask you something during the exam. You'll hear them on the Monitor page.
