Taking an exam
Start an exam, answer, and submit — and what the security rules mean.
- 1Go to qyubie.com/exam, or scan the QR code your teacher shows. In the app, open the activity and choose Start exam.
- 2Enter the exam code, your Student ID and your PIN.
- 3Read the instructions. The timer starts when you begin.
- 4Answer the questions. Your answers save as you go, so a dropped connection doesn't lose them.
- 5Choose Submit when you're done. When time runs out, the exam submits by itself.
If your teacher turned on security
- Stay on the exam page and in fullscreen. Leaving it may count as a violation.
- With camera monitoring, allow the camera when asked and stay in view. Your teacher may watch live; nothing is recorded.
- After too many violations, the exam is submitted, or paused until your teacher gives you a key to continue.
- Need help? Turn on your microphone to ask your teacher, if the exam allows it.
Tip: Use a charged device with a steady connection, close other apps, and allow camera access before the exam starts.
